Témoignage de Vincent et... notice pour la roue arrière !
Bonjour à tous,
Propriétaire d’un Vectrix depuis juillet 2009, je vous fais part de ma petite expérience.
Le Scoot à maintenant 2700 Km, et une autonomie entre 50 et 60 Km.
Je suis ravi par ce véhicule totalement ludique, et plaisant.
IL m’est quand même arrivé une petite mésaventure, il y a 3 semaines, qui m’a value mon premier rapatriement avec Europ-assistance, dans ma vie de motard.
Petit résumé et analyse :
Je roulais tranquillement en décélération et en descente pour venir mourir à un feu rouge, avec le frein électrique.
J’étais précisément à 40 Km/h lorsque le feu passa au vert, je remis les gaz et là soudainement après un très bref sursaut plus rien, du tout, (comme si le contact était coupé).
Je vous passe l’enlèvement les coup de fils et tout…
Je tiens à remercier Le SAV à Paris particulièrement efficace sur ce point là, le scoot était réparé dans la journée.
Le responsable de se désagrément est le fusible général grillé, j‘ai vu la cartouche (125 A en 250V)
A mon avis pour griller cette énorme cartouche il faut un court circuit franc. Ce n’est pas à mon avis la demande d’énergie faite lors de cette reprise en descente, qui a pu faire sauter ce fusible
Je pencherai plutôt pour un problème soft qui n’aurai pas désactivé à temps les circuits de récupération d’énergie, avant d’en fournir au moteur.
Maintenant j’observe systématiquement un temps d’arrêt au « point mort » avec la poignée des gaz, pour passer d'un système à l'autre.
Je serai présent le 14 et en Vectrix si tout va bien si non en moto.
J’ai pour ceux qu cela intéresse la notice de démontage de la roue arrière.

Rachat confirmé de Vectrix par un des leaders mondiaux de batteries
Grace à Pierre de Honfleur qui m'a fait suivre le lien du site anglo-saxon, un petit résumé (traduit par mes soins, donc avec toutes les préautions qui s'imposent) de ce^communiqué du repreneur. Cette fois, une vraie bonne nouvelle pour nous tous !
Goldpeak Batteries annonce le rachat de Vectrix
Vectrix a un avenir brillant devant lui
Goldpeak a annoncé le 6 novembre le rachat de tous les actifs de Vectrix, ainsi qu'un certain nombre de dettes du constructeur, qui a du déposer son bilan avant cela.
Goldpeak est un groupe public de Singapour et Hong Kong ; c'est un des leaders mondiaux dans la fourniture de batteries.
L'organisation de la nouvelle compagnie sera communiquée plus tard.
D'ici là, les repreneurs vont travailler pour consolider l'entreprise. Ils vont maintenir le site de production Polonais et le service aux clients, dans tous les pays, y compris pour les pièces détachées et le support technique. Les garanties actuelles seront maintenues, dès lors que l'entretien a été fait réglementairement (hum !...)
L'entreprise va lancer de nouveaux modèles (pas d'échéances annoncées). En bref :
- Un VX1 avec batteries Li-Ion
- Un modèle type 50 cm3, Li-Ion
- Un modèle type 150 cm3, Li-Ion
Les clients actuels se verront proposer un kit Li-Ion pour améliorer leur modèle (si si, mais on ne sait pas à combien !?, NDLR)

On the 6th of November 2009 GoldPeak Batteries International announced the acquisition of all assets
and certain liabilities of Middletown RI based Vectrix Corporation. Before that, Vectrix Corporation filed
for bankruptcy under chapter 11, US bankruptcy law (for details please see official press release from GP
published Nov, 6th).
Gold Peak Group is a public listed company in Singapore and Hong Kong and is one of the leading
battery suppliers worldwide.
GoldPeak established for this transaction a Delaware based company called New Vectrix and re-named
as Vectrix Corporation. Vectrix Corporation is 100 % owned by GP Batteries through EVB Technology
(HK) Limited. The organizational structure of the new company will be communicated later
The Vectrix Corporation is now working to consolidate all the activities (headquarter, sales, technology
and production). Lean manufacturing is based in Wroclaw, Poland and keep continues operation as
usual
Vectrix continues to produce the Vx1 bikes and provides customers with accessories, spare parts and
technical support.
The company is currently developing new models of high performance, zero emission scooters and will
be introducing them in the near future: By the summer 2010 a new version of the Vx1 including several
technical improvements will be introduced to the market. The new Vx1 will have a GoldPeak Li Iron
Phosphate Battery. For the existing Vx1 customers, an upgrade kit to the Li battery technology will be
offered.
Two smaller electric scooters are also under development: one will be a 50cc equivalent and one will be
a 150cc equivalent. Both scooters will be powered by a GP Li Iron Phosphate battery.
Vectrix will inform all dealers at appropriate time about the technical performance parameters,
availability and price structures of the new bikes.
Vectrix acknowledges all warranty claims in Europe regarding Vx1 bikes which were maintained
according to the operator's manual and which were officially registered for warranty with Vectrix.
Wolfgang Gohl, former Vice president for Operations and new Vice President commented the take over
by Goldpeak: “This move is a triple win for customers, suppliers and for the employees. It provides the
required stability to develop the key market and the right product. The EV market is just starting to
emerge, first policies are under development and Vectrix and his partners are in a prime position to
supply a quality product for various applications.”
Wesley Lau, Head of Strategies Business Unit & Special Project – GP Batteries and New assigned
President of Vectrix commented the partnership: “Vectrix is the leading brand in the electric 2-wheel
market. This is based on a superior product and good positioning in the market. We will work with all
our customers to enhance this position and provide even better solutions to the electric vehicle
market”.

that the Group has subscribed for new shares in the capital of New Vectrix LLC, a Delaware limited
liability company (“NVC”) which has become a wholly owned subsidiary of the Group. NVC is a
special purpose vehicle established to acquire certain of the assets of Vectrix Corporation, a
Delaware corporation (“VC”) (the "Asset Purchase").
INVESTMENT IN SUBSIDIARY
The consideration for the investment in NVC was US$1,750,000 (equivalent to S$2.45 million at an
exchange rate of US$1.00:S$1.40). The consideration was paid in cash. The amount invested took
into account the funding requirements of NVC for the Asset Purchase. No person was commissioned
to value the shares acquired.
ASSET PURCHASE
Information about the Asset Purchase
VC was in the business of developing, inventing, manufacturing and testing mechanical and electronic
systems to produce electric vehicles which are then used, sold, leased or otherwise distributed in the
domestic and international markets. NVC has acquired certain assets of VC including licences,
trademarks, fixed assets, accounts receivables, claims, goodwill, bank deposits, software assets,
intellectual property, goodwill and the name "Vectrix" (the "Assets") and has assumed certain
liabilities of VC, through a supervised sale under section 363 of the United States Bankruptcy Code.
Consideration and Material Terms
The consideration for the Asset Purchase was US$1,750,000 plus the assumption of up to
US$3,306,000 in specified liabilities for a total purchase price of US$5,056,000 (“Consideration”).
The assumed liabilities include warranty coverage of up to US$2,000,000 on Vectrix vehicles
previously sold to dealers and consumers for claims filed within a period of 60 days after the filing of a
voluntary petition for relief under chapter 11 of the United States Bankruptcy Code by VC, as well as
debts owing to certain third parties. The Consideration was arrived at after taking into account the
value of the Assets, the liabilities to be assumed, and the absence of competing bidders.
The Value of the Assets
No person was commissioned to value the Assets.

Vectrix Paris propose une offre à 7490 €

Cette offre est limitée à 25 modèles et durant la période du Salon Internationale du 2 roues à Milan, du 10 au 15 novembre !
Pour ceux qui ne seraient pas informés ou qui auront le sentiment d'avoir 5 jours pour se décider...
Vous devez savoir que la société Vectrix Corp a mal passé la crise. L'entreprise devrait être reprise, mais on a encore du mal à y voir clair...
Conséquences : quelques utilisateurs de Vectrix, réunit entre autres par ce blog et physiquement le 14 décembre à Paris, ont des soucis aves des pannes à ce jour non résolues... Une solidarité s'organise, avec l'aide notamment d'un revendeur très sympa de Toulouse... Mais aussi l'apport du Bénélux...
Plus positivement, ceux qui comme moi n'ont pas eu la moindre panne (quand même les plus nombreux), sont tous "emballés" par la qualité du produit et l'infini plaisir (voire fierté) ressenti une fois "à bord"...
Maintenant, le choix peut se faire "en connaissance"...

Vectrix Paris annonce une offre exceptionnelle pour lundi 9 novembre
Lundi prochain, Vectrix Paris lancera une nouvelle offre "exceptionnelle". Votre serviteur a tenté d'en savoir plus. Mais sans grand succès. Lundi, je vous la diffuse dès qu'elle est connue...
J'en ai profité pour demander à vectrix Paris s'ils avient des contacts avec Hesketh : aucun...
Sur l'avenir de Vectrix : aucun, si ce n'est un déplacement à Milan la semaine prochaine sur un salon international 2 roues où Vectrix n'exposera pas, mais des réunions de travail sont prévues, sans doute pour évoquer l'avenir de la marque...
Croisons les doigts en espérant que ceux qui ont investi bien plus que nous dans la diffusion de ce nouveau produit (Vectrix Paris, Benoît et tous les revendeurs engagés...) trouvent les clefs pour poursuivre la commercialisation -et la maintenance !- de nos magnifiques jouets électriques...

Hesketh Motorcycle reprendrait Vectrix...

Cette entreprise anglaise (proche de Manchester) annonce sur son site qu'elle a repris la commercialisation du vectrix (mais où, autour de Manchester, en Angleterre seulement, en Europe, dans le Monde ?...).
